The Dare-Smith Team

Kerry and Carole are fantastic. My first closing did not work out (my fault, not their's). They stuck with me and we found a perfect home. I was always treated professionally and personally. If I ever need a new home or know someone who does I will contact Carole and Kerry.

I absolutely loved the Dare-Smith team! They knew there stuff, were so caring, worked hard to find us our dream home, and really made buying our first home very unstressful. They were so fun to work with and we formed a relationship with them. I have already recommended them to so many people.

The Dare-Smith team literally treated me like family and did not let me settle for anything less than perfection when it came to selecting my home. They answered every call, text and email and they were sure to give me sound advice and help me to make rational decisions in my first-time home buying experience. I would highly recommend them both to anyone looking for a home and I was amazed at their knowledge and ability to cater to my wants and needs.
