The Dare-Smith Team

We have worked with the Dare Smith team twice now! These ladies are so professional, kind hearted, quick to respond, friendly, and advocate extremely well for their customers! They listened to what my husband and I wanted, and delivered on everything we requested. We are absolutely thrilled with our new home. They were so attentive, and worked really hard to try to make sure our sale was seamless, and went above and and beyond to get information I requested!

Carole Smith was fantastic. She walked us through the process of buying our first home. She explained everything about the process thoroughly, and she offered very helpful advice whenever we asked. She was also on top of all paperwork and obligations throughout the process. We also enjoyed looking at homes with Kerry Dare. We could not have asked for a better team of Realtors!

The initial consultation was extremely helpful in outlining the home-buying process and providing all the information we would need along the way. Every step was easier because the Dare-Smith Team were there, providing their professional expertise, and open and friendly support. Communication was excellent throughout with not just us, but various third parties involved, and the seller's agent. While I know we were not their only clients, I felt like we were. That level of client focus is exceedingly rare these days. The recommendations they made for mortgage lender, home inspector, structural engineer, etc. were all spot-on, speak to them knowing their business, and fostering excellent relationships within related fields. I cannot recommend the extraordinarily excellent Dare-Smith Team enough and will sing their praises always!
