Kerry Dare and Carole Smith helped me sell my house last year and worked with me this year to buy my new home. I hadn't bought or sold a house in 36 years, so I had quite a few questions as to how the process worked. Both Kerry and Carole were wonderful to work with and were very prompt in responding to my telephone calls and/or texts.
